Jennifer Aniston has one of the best bodies in Hollywood, and she works hard at it by doing Yoga and Pilates. Jen’s Yoga trainer Mandy Ingber shares some leg shaping techniques that Jen has used.

1. Tone your legs with 30-60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. Mandy suggests running, cycling or walking.

2. Strengthen your thighs with the temple pose, a yoga squat, hold for 30 seconds and then do 8 mini squat thrusts.

3. Tone your calves by lifting yourself on your tippy toes 8 times, followed by 8 moe quickie pulses.

To keep the skin on your legs smooth and silky scrub once a week with an exfoliator before shaving.

For tan, shiny legs like Jen has on the red carpet use a self tanner once a week and apply a shimmer lotion to the front of you legs to lengthen and slim legs and highlight definition.

Mother of three Kimora Lee Simmons admits she’s had trouble in the past staying as slim as she’d like being a working mother and business entrepreneur. After giving birth to her son nine months ago she’s whipped her body back into shape using these six tips:

1. Put protein first – Kimora eats chicken breat, turkey and fish with most meals which help to burn off calories.

2. Fill up on fiber – Filling up on veggies and whole grains will keep you feeling fuller longer.

3. Work you butt off – Kimora likes to keep her booty in shape by doing 3 sets of bridges. Laying on your back with knees up, raise your hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for three seconds and then lower back down slowly. Repeat 3 sets of 20 reps.

4. Abs-olutely fabulous – Kimora works her abs by using a medicine ball.

5. Arms length – Kimora keeps her arms toned by by using 8lb dumbbells to work her biceps and 5lb. weights to work her triceps.

6. Take a hike – Hit the treadmill like Kimora and mix it up for best results. Kimora does 2 minutes at a 2% incline at 3.5 mph, then does 3 minutes at a 10% incline and back down to 2% – repeat until you’ve done 30 minutes!

Rihanna’s personal trainer Ary Nunez reveals her best kept workout secrets she uses to keep Rihanna in tip-top shape. Ary says she always tries to have Rihanna’s heart rate between 75 and 85 percent – which is how you burn fat.

Ary has Rihanna target all muscle groups at once, especially the core muscles. To keep Rihanna interested in her workout – Ary makes it fun by trying different things. “Right now she loves capoeira (an Afro-Brazilian dance).”

Rihanna doesn’t diet, which her trainer suggests “Focus on eating right, not the next ‘it’ diet.” Rihanna eats when she’s hungry and makes sure to have fruit and protein with every meal. Her favorite indulgence is BBQ flavored popchips which are only 100 calories a bag!

Gwyneth Paltrow Gets Super Fit for Iron Man

Gwyenth Paltrow revealed on her blog (GOOP) that she’s been working out with her trainer Tracy Anderson, to get in tip-top shape for her role in the Iron Man sequel.

Gwyneth says her trainer helped her get rid of her “droopy ass” and sculpted her arms with a special exercise that she practices in her hotel room while on location.

Many of you may already know of my passion for the Tracy Anderson Method and my investment in it. She has kicked my formerly sagging ass into shape and I will be forever grateful. This week, Tracy shares with us a little arm series that I did everyday preparing for Iron Man and that I take on the road. She just made it home-made style for me, lo fi. But it’s good. Especially for the batwing problem. Also, some of her dedicated clients talk about why they love her as much as I do. She has some brand new DVD’s that I have been doing in my hotel room on location and which I highly recommend.

Kelly Osbourne rocked the runway are New York’s Fashion week – where she showed off her newly slimmed and toned body. Kelly dropped at least 15 pounds when she was on Dancing with the Stars, and she’s been maintaining the loss by monitoring what she eats.

Kelly shared her late-night diet trick with Life & Style magazine:

I’ve completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing with the Stars. A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I’ve found just having a tiny little snack — like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps.

Although apples are low in carlories, they still have some carbs (carbs=sugar). 1 Red Delicious apple has about 32 carbs (1/2 an apple has 16 carbs).
