Lauren Conrad always has perfect winged eyeliner - and her favorite tool is mark’s On the Edge Hook Up Liquid Eyeliner. LC is the spokeswoman for Avon’s young, hip line mark. The liquid liner sells for only $5 (how cheap is that!) and is long-wearing and quick drying.

The Hills starlet Lauren Conrad dished her beauty and style secrets in the new issue of Us Weekly, featuring Taylor Swift and Hillary Duff for their Style Issue.

When asked about how she reacts to bad outfits after seeing the paparazzi photos Lauren confessed:

I’ve thrown stuff out after seeing my own photos! I’ll look at the roommates and be like, “Dibs?” You’re your own biggest critic.

For Fall Lauren said she is loving pieces with bold detailing, like fringe, exposed zippers, “things that rough up a feminine piece a little.” And she doesn’t just shop at LA’s most expensive shops - the loves to find deals at Forever 21, Urban Outfitters and even vintage shops, that’s a true fashionista!

Lauren describes her personal style as “girlie-casual” and that she loves heels. “I just feel prettier in them. Even if I’m in a casual outfit, it’s a way to dress anything up.”

One part of her body, LC is self-consious about are her thighs. She wears long shirts or a skirt with a natural waist to avoid making her thighs look big.

I’m always envious of Lauren’s natural looking highlights, but Lauren says even her Mom has to remind her sometimes to get her touch-ups done! She gets highlights every 8 weeks, but she says she’s really lazy about it. “I book it when my moms calls, ‘Lauren, your roots are back in’.”

The Hills Audrina Patridge always rocks glamourous eye makeup - now you can copy her look.

Audrina says “My eyes are hazel, but sometimes they’ll look more brown, amber, or green. When my hair is dark, it brings out the green.”

She says she loves black eyeliner and lines her inner rims of her lash lines, top and bottom. For a more dramatic look, she’ll g back over the top to darken it a bit. “If I mess up, I’ll just smudge the line with my finger  and put eye shadow over it.”

For an evening look she’ll switch to green, violet, or blue liner and make it thick on the top and winged oout at the ends.

Audrina’s favorite shadow is MAC’s All The Glitters as the base and a dark brown or maroon right in the crease. For mascara she applies Too Faced Lash Injection to make her lashes long and full. When she goes out she applies Benefit’s Gilded highlighter on her brow bone for a nice pop!

Lauren Conrad looked adorable in a Richard Ruiz mini dress at the Nylon magazine 90210 party. The ‘Hours Collar Seduction Sheath Dress in Black’ is available at Revolve Clothing and retails for $261. I love how she paired it with a wide belt to give it some shape.

Shannen Doherty also wore the same dress in a wine color when leaving the David Letterman show in New York recently.

Last night was the 2008 MTV VMA’s, and there were tons of hot stars on the red carpet. I think Lauren Conrad, Rihanna and Audrina Patridge all stood out as the best dressed - what do YOU think? Vote!

The Hills is back for a fourth season, and if you noticed in episode two Lauren was wearing an amethyst color nail polish while out to lunch with her new beau Doug.

LC always has her nails painted in the prettiest polish, usually black, purple or bright red.

If you want to wear purple nail polish like LC, pick a color that works for your skin tone. Redder tones look best on medium or olive skin tones, while darker purples look great with fair skin.

The Hill’s Audrina Patridge revealed some of her makeup secrets to Allure magazine. Here’s what she said:

“I love black eyeliner. I put it on the inner rims of my lash lines, top and bottom. If I want a more dramatic look, I’ll go back over the top lash line just a tiny bit to darken it. If I mess up, I’ll just smudge the line with my finger and put eyeshadow over it. At night, I’ll switch to green, violet, or blue liner, and make it thick on top and winged out at the ends. And I always stick to pencil-lately I’ve been loving Maybelline because I never have to touch it up.”

Lauren Conrad looked polished at the Do Something pre-event at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. She wore a white strapless sheath dress with a black skinny belt and peep toe pumps. Lauren was pictured with best friend and roomie Lo Losworth - I think she needs some fashion help from her BFF Lauren.

The Hill’s Audrina Patridge has just started her own blog, and she revelas some of her beauty tips. “I have used Dermalogica since I was 11 years old every morning and every night. My Aunt Connie got me started and addicted to it, and to this day I still use the same regimen.” Audrina uses Dermalogic cleaner, toner, and The Moist moisturizer. She also says she sometimes uses Philosophy’s face wash in the winer (I do too!).

Audrina also reveals what she uses on her body, “I loofah with Bath and Body Works body wash and then moisturize every morning and night with St. Ives Silk Body Lotion or La Mer body lotion.”
