Lisa Rinna is sharing her best diet, fitnes, beauty and plastic surgery secrets in her new book titled Rinnavation. After tons of people told her she should write a book on beauty and fitness she decided it was a great idea!

Lisa says her book is about reinventing yourself at any age.

It’s an easy read. I just wanted it to be something that is helpful to people and I’m becoming quite proud of it.

In her book Lisa discusses her past cosmetic surgery procedures, including a silicone lip injection in her early twenties – which lead to her trademark trout-pout.

Most recently Lisa was publicised for having Restylane injections in her face, which she now regrets (also you can see the affects are still lasting in the image above from April 2009)

I was so surprised because it was a really simple thing. In Touch had sent me the pic and said they were going to have a plastic surgeon go through and say what I had done. I thought, “Wait a minute, no. I’m going to say what happened.” I went to see a dermatologist in NYC I don’t normally use and it wasn’t good for me. That simple, no big deal. I never in my life would have expected it to turn into what it did.

Jessica Simpson is showing obvious signs of lip filler injections. She was spotted recently with puffy, pouty lips – which you can see are significantly fuller and swollen than just one month ago.

This isn’t Jessica’s first time plumping her lips, she commented back in May that she “looked liek a blowfish” and said “My lips are fine the way they are”.

I think her lips were fine the way they were- in the photo from October she clearly has full lips that look natural.

Celebrities are coming clean about using Botox to smooth wrinkles and relax their face. Jenny McCarthy says she goes for Botox every 2 months along with routine Microdermabrasion facials and detox cleanses.

The 36 year old mother says,

“My tricks are I get Botox in my forehead – I just have my doctor do a little shoter there. If you overdo, it looks bad.”

Typically you would get Botox injections every 3 to 4 months, but Jenny does a little less injections in a shorter period of time for a more natural look. She looks amazing!

Vanessa Williams, 45, doesn’t hide the fact she shoots up with Botox – even her character on Ugly Betty has her gay assistant give her Botox injections in her office. Vanessa gets injections in real life every 3 months and says she does just a little for a natural look.

Model Daisy Fuentes, 42, says she agrees with using Botox, “There’s a right time for things like Botox as you get older.”

Lisa Rinna recently admitted to going too far with Juvéderm injections in her face. The 45 year old mom blames genetics for needing Botox, “In my family, it’s hereditary to have scowl marks between the eyebrows.” Lisa gets injections every 3 months. I wonder how oftern she does her lips?

Lori Loughlin is a Botox fan – she says the results are incredible. “It makes you look like you’ve been on a really nice vacation. Just really well-rested.”

90210 star Jennie Garth says she had a terrible first experience with Botox, but she didn’t let it stop her. She told her doctor next time she wanted way less. “I don’t want my face to change.“

Linda Evangelista openly talks about getting Botox to make people realize models age too. “How do other women feel when they see the pictures? Models are not superhuman. We grow old,” Linda says.

It’s great to see some celebrities be truthful about the ways they stay younger looking!

Lisa Rinna has admitted to regretting getting Juvéderm injections in her face. Lisa told In Touch magazine, “We all know everyone does it! We go on Jenny Craig and do all these things to change ourselves, so why can’t we get a little filler?” Lisa said she realized she went too far with the injections when she saw a picture of herself, “You have to be careful. I’m a perfect example of that!”

It’s interesting that she thinks she went overboard with the Juvéderm injections in her face – but she’s never admitted to obviously getting to much collagen in her lips!

Star Magazine is claiming that Jennifer Aniston has plumped her upper lip with lip injections.

After examining photos, Palm Beach, Fla.-based cosmetic dermatologist Kenneth Beer, M.D., who specializes in facial injectables, tells Star: “I believe there is definitely a difference in the volume and shape of her lips. The two peaks of the upper portion of her lip underneath the nose look more prominent and well-defined. Also, the facial line on the right side of her smile is pretty much gone.”

Jennifer may have used Juvéderm lip injections to give her mouth a youthful pout. The injections cost about $2,500 per treatment, recommended twice a year.

I think she looks great, and even if she did have injections, or just use a topical lip plumper it looks very natural.

Madonna is making waves with the cover of New York Magazine and the diagram accusing her of plastic surgery. Sure, I’d imagine she’s had a few nips and tucks over the years but the magazine cover is showing some extreme surgery.

The article is claiming Madonna’s look is becoming a trend for women in their 50’s and 60’s, calling it The New Face. Instead if tight, stretched skin, that is a dead giveaway for a facelift gone wrong – the new trend is calling for plump, full, glowing skin. The key to this technique is an under-skin lifting of the muscles of the lower face, preserving essential facial “architecture.” A regimen of injections of fat and collagen and whatnot supplements this work by creating the appearance of baby fat.

The magazine’s source, Dr. David Rosenberg, said he’s seeing The New Face popup all over Hollywood: Demi Moore, Michelle Pfeiffer, Liz Hurley, Naomi Campbell, Stephanie Seymour.

Singer Jewel look drastically different on the red carpet at the 43rd Academy Of Country Music Awards. The 34 year old looked like she’d had a nip and tuck since 2003. I think she definetly had her eyes done, and maybe is using botox. Her skin looks much better than in 2003, but I think now she looks a little drastic for only 34.

Star Magazine is claiming Jennifer Aniston is treating herself to the works now that she’s dating younger man John Mayer. In the past John has dated Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Jennifer is comparing herself to his past girlfriends and even considering  lipo, collagen, cellulite treatments, teeth whitening, body wraps, and breast implants, according to Star.

Star also claims Jennifer wants to get some tattoos because John practically has a sleeve – this is a really dumb idea! I think the recent pics of jennifer show she’s near perfect and shouldn’t change a thing!

Gisele Bundchen has the most requested breast size, “They’re not too big and not too small. They’re symmetrical – the perfect size being a C cup – which most women long for” says Dr. Rizk.

Heidi Montag recently told InTouch Magazine that she isn’t finished with plastic surgery. The Hills star has reportedly had a rhinoplasty, lip (collagen) injections, and a breast enhancement over the past 2 years and now she wants… butt implants!? Heidi says no matter how many lunges or squats she does she isn’t getting “big” enough results. Heidi told told InTouch at her Heidiwood fashion show:
