Celebrities are doing all sorts of workouts to stay fit this summer! Reese Witherspoon, pictured above, enjoys Yoga every morning. Jennifer Aniston is also a Yoga fanatic, saying her arms have become more strong and her legs more lean from her regular Yoga sessions. Celebrity fitness trainer Stephen Bauer says you can burn 200 – 250 calories depending on the intensity of the class.

Pilates is a more intense form of Yoga, burning 250 calories per hour. Celebs like Denise Richards, Hillary Duff, Danica Patrick, and Natasha Bedingfield owe their fabulous figures to Pilates. Denis claims her Pilates sessions made her drop two jean sizes in four months!

Kelly Ripa and DWTS’s Marissa Jaret Winokur practice Ballet to sty in shape. Kelly practices ballet barre class at Physique NYC while Melissa practices Cardio Barre (a cardio-ballet mix) which helped her lose 52 pounds! Expect to burn about 350 calories an hour practicing ballet.

Another celebs choose to get their rage out while getting in shape with Boxing classes. Sienna Miller has started boxing to train for her movie G.I. Joe, “I’ve got some muscles. I’ve started taking boxing lessons.” Lindsay Lohan and model Miranda Kerr also choose boxing classes to stay in tip-top shape. Believe it or not boxing burns about 400 calories per hour!

For more intense, serious fitness junkies- celebs are going to boot camp! Katie Holmes and Christina Applegate are fans of Barry’s Bootcamp in LA, where they combine 30 minutes each of sprint intervals and toning moves. You must be in decent shape before taking this class since it’s so intense – expect to burn a whopping 800 – 1,000 calories per hour.
