MTV’s The City’s cast member Olivia Palermo bears a striking resemblance to Hollywood actresses Julia Roberts and Keira Knightley. Olivia shares the delicate bone structures of Keira’s face along with Julia’s brown eyes and long blonde ringlets.

I tried to dig up an older photo of Olivia from her early socialite days – the photo below is from 2007. You can see Olivia was a brunette and it looks like she may have had her nose thinned since then and possibly some lip injections.
