Kate Beckinsale recently revealed her biggest insecurity – her teeth. “I never realized what enormous teeth I have until I saw my movies”, Kate says. Even the most beautiful celebs can have the biggest hang-ups. Sheryl Crow complains about her nose, “I have a very crooked nose”, the singer says.

Lindsay Lohan hates her freckles, saying they “bug” her. Gwyneth Paltrow claims she never thinks she is thin enough or that her breasts are large enough – you know the saying, you can never be too rich or too thin.

The assets Pamela Anderson is most famous for, are the one thing she’s most insecure about, “The thing I love most about my body, the thing I hate most are my breasts. I have a love-hate relationship with them.”

One of the world’s most famous beauties, Jessica Biel claims her least favorite part of her body are her legs, “They could be longer or leaner”, Jessica says. I’m sure there are thousands of men who beg to differ.
