Heidi Klum is a 36 year mother of four, but she’s somehow managed to maintain her supermodel figure she was known for in her 20’s. Heidi chatted with Allure magazine where she discussed how she stays in shape while balancing career and a family.

On how she stays in shape:
Heidi says she doesn’t exercise 24/7 – but she does keep a treadmill in her home and uses it when she has time. Heidi also uses a medicine ball and a weighted hula hoop.

On her diet:
Heidi admits she loves a Big Mac but mostly sticks to veggies, fish and she loves to cook at home, making chicken soup and salads. Heidi’s favorite junk food are potato chips!

On staying out of the sun:
When she was in Sports Illustrated Heidi says she used to bake in the sun all day to get tan and to naturally lighten her hair. Once she realized how bad the sun exposure was for her skin she stopped doing it.

Victoria’s Secret Angel Heidi Klum helped to create their Very Sexy Makeup collection because she wanted a colorful and chic makeup line – makeup you could have fun with!

Heidi’s favorite product from the line is their Glitter Eye Liner in Licorice (below), which she says “makes any eye color stand out”. To also make her eyes stand out, Heidi says she wear flash lashes. She applies individual lashes after her mascara, then she uses an eyelash curler to help blend the faux lashes.

Another trick Heidi has learned is to always carry blotting papers with her if she will be photographed. “I blot one last time before I get out of the car; otherwise there’s no way I’d be looking good an hour later.”

Celebrity Eyebrow stylist Anatasia Soare reveals some tips she uses on celeb clients like Hayden Panettiere, Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell and countless other models.

Anastasia said when Hayden, pictured above, came to her she had overtweezed her brows and it was taking away from her features. “Now you can notice her feautres even more!” says Anastasia.

Here are some tips for grooming your brows like a star:

1. Never underestimate your brows
“They can make eyes look larger and bring up your cheekbones if they’re shaped correctly.”

2. Beware of the arch
“If you overtweeze there you’ll look surprised all the time.”

3. Don’t remove too much between your eyes, either
“That centerspace should be about the same size as one of your eyes.”

4. Thicker is better
“After years of me screaming at clients to leave their brows thicker, they’re listening!” says Anastasia, “Those eyebrows are feminine, sexy and timeless.”

Supermodel Heidi Klum has launched her own skin care line called “In An Instant” which she calls her “beauty dream team”. The skincare kit is supposed to be “like airbrushing your wrinkles away” and designed to work instantly. Heidi says she created the line because she “wanted to look good, but not trying to look 19” she added “I’m not going to get Botox and silicone injections”. The kit includes a foaming cleanser, firming serum, wrinkle smoother, tinted moisturizer, eye treatment, and warming scrub and sells for $29.95.
