At 47 years old Demi Moore has managed to remain one of the most youthful women in Hollywood. Demi says her secret is that she hates chocolate and love Spinach! She also isn’t a fitness maniac but she does manage to squeeze in 2-3 Yoga sessions a week.
47 year old Demi Moore shared some of her tried and true anti-aging secrets with InStyle Magazine, where the actress says her secret to looking young is feeling young (and a young husband helps too!).
Demi says she stays fit and young by following a low sodium diet, avoids sweets and doesn’t drink alcohol. She believes they all contribute to aging.
When it comes to her lustrous hair Demi tries to not over-style her hair when she’s not working by avoiding styling tools like dryers and curling or flat irons. On her off time she air dries her hair and deep conditions. Believe it or not Demi claims she hasn’t had to color her hair yet from grays!
The House Bunny premiered in LA this week and there were some fabulous dresses on the pink carpet. The star of the movie, Anna Faris wore a gorgeous flowy white gown. Also seen on the carpet was mother daughter Demi Moore and Rumor Willis, Ashely Tisdale, Emma Stone (she wore my favorite dress of the night), Katherine McPhee, Kloe Kardashian and of course Hugh Hefner and the Girls Next Door Holly, Bridgette and Kendra.
