Mel B. and Kelly Monaco are starring in the sexy Las Vegas hit Peepshow and both ladies are in tip top shape since they appear almost nude on stage!

To keep their bodies in shape Kelly and Mel B. stay on a strict diet and exercise regimen. Mel B. has food delivered daily from Freshology which consists of meals usually with chicken or fish. Mel B. allows herself one “free” day where she can eat whatever she wants – she opts for an In-and-Out cheeseburger or a traditional English Sunday roast.

Kelly is a longtime vegetarian and mainly eats raw, uncooked foods. “Every night it’s Cobb salad, with no meat, no cheese and no egg yolks”. Like Mel B., Kelly also indulges, “I have a bite-size Snickers every day.”

Both ladies keep their tummies trim with over a thousand situps a day combined! Mel B.’s workout consists of 30 minutes of cardio and 200 situps three times a day. “I’ve always been obsessed with doing abs. I change positions every 10 reps. I like how quickly – if you stick to it – you can see results.”

Kelly does even more situps each day – 1,000!

Paris Hilton’s Secret To Staying Skinny

I’m reading a great new book written by The Real Housewives of New York City Bethenny Frankel titled Naturally Thin: Unleash Your Skinny Girl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting. Bethenny writes about her secret to being naturally thin, and she also reveals stories about celebrities she’s known who may or may not have healthy methods for staying skinny. One of my very first posts on this blog was a recipe for Bethenny’s famous Skinny Girls Margarita.

When Bethenny was younger she was a personal assistant for Kathy Hilton, Paris and Nicky Hilton’s mother. Bethenny would often take the girls out to run errands such as taking them to the mini-mart for a snack. Paris would always indulge in her favorite foods like a cheeseburger and fries, candy or chips. But, her secret to staying thin was that she would never fully indulge- she would just allow herself a tiny bit of indulgent food. Bethenny says this is why Paris Hilton is naturally thin.

I’m only a little bit into the book but I suggest ordering it from Amazon. I’ll “feed” you some more celebrity tid-bits as I read on!

Girls Next Door’s Bridget and Kendra Share Diet Tips

The ladies of Girls Next Door revealed to Us Weekly magazine how they stay fit and trim. Kenda Wilkinson is know as the jock, and has a very athletic figure, while Bridget Marquardt is the more voluptuous bunny.

When is comes to diet secrets, Kendra says she always starts the day with a bowl of Cheerios filled with milk and a bowl of fruit, such as strawberries and bananas. Bridget says she makes sure not to eat too late, and to just eat in moderation – so she doesn’t starve herself of her favorite treat, ice cream. Instead of 3 scoops she’ll just have 1.

Bridget stays in shape with her new favorite activity, trapeze . She says it tones her body in areas she’s never felt before and it makes her stomach very toned. Kendra stays fit by running with her dogs, snowboarding and playing softball.

Before a big event Kendra does a 22-minute drill on the treadmill at a 15% incline, then she does squats with weights and some situps. Bridget drinks plenty of water before a big event and cuts down on any carbs.

The Non-Diet Diet, How Gwyneth Paltrow Stays Skinny

Gwyneth Paltrow was on the Oprah Winfrey show, and she dished about how she got into the best shape of her life after having two children, and all about her diet and fitness routine.

Gwyneth told Oprah after she had her second child with husband Chris Martin, she had trouble losing the baby weight, “I could not get off these 20 extra pounds,” she says. “I don’t know if something changed. I don’t know if it was being older and being in my 30s instead of my 20s. … I [was] 34 when I had him, and I just couldn’t get it off. It was kind of demoralizing.”

Gwyneth began working out 6 days a week for 2 hours with trainer Tracy Anderson. “She’s the exercise genius of all time,” Gwyneth says. “She developed this system of kind of doing dance aerobics so that you’re not doing anything repetitive.” The actress later introduced her trainer to Madonna, who also helped her get into amazing shape.

One important secret to Gwyneth’s weight loss is turning up the heat, her trainer comes to Gwyneths home gym and helps her lose inches by cranking up the heat to 80 degrees. “She likes it hot in the room so you sweat, because she says if the room is hot, you’re also burning calories to maintain homeostasis,” Gwyneth says. “She’s always coming up with new ways to kick up the calorie burning.”

Using cardio dance routines and resistance training, Tracy has helped Gwyneth transform her bodies. “She makes everything small,” Gwyneth says. “She wants women to be long and lean and defined.”

The routine starts with Tracy’s band system. “I developed the band system for Madonna, specifically, which we use to warm up the arms,” Tracy says. “It just offers me a new way of getting to the muscle and the angles that I need to get a little bit deeper.”

Then, Gwyneth moves on to arm exercises that require little to no resistance. “Only 3-pound weights,” Tracy says. “No woman should lift more than 3 pounds.”

When she’s away Gwyneth uses her trainers DVD’s, “I do those DVDs whenever I travel. She completely changed my body.”

As for her diet, Gwyneth says she pretty much eats what she wants because she works out so hard. “I don’t eat four-legged animals, but I eat birds, I eat cheese, I eat dessert,” she says. “I eat everything.”

Gwyneth says dieting has never worked well for her. “I’ll immediately gain like 5 pounds even just by thinking about cutting out dessert. It’s a nightmare,” she says. “I decided, for me, the healthiest thing was to eat what I want and just exercise. Some women can watch what they eat, but I just can’t do that.”

How Sexy Mom Brooke Burke Lost Postbaby Weight

Sexy Mom Brooke Burke dished to Star magazine about how she lost the postbaby pregnancy weight after her last baby, Shaya – born just 5 months ago.

During her pregnancy Brooke said she relied on belly wraps, a fabric wrapped tight around the tummy. Brooke even designed her own belly wrap that reduced water tension and strengthened the ab muscles. She even wore it and slept in it for 40 days!

After giving birth Brooke said she began jumping on a trampoline with her daughters, “It’s an amazing workout.”

As for a diet to help lose weight faster, Brooke says she eats 5 meals a day. Breakfast includes oatmeal and fruit, then a snack before Lunch. Lunch is a big salad, and dinner might be fish and veggies with a glass of wine.

She also shares walks and hikes with her husband, David Charvet, and her other children, Neriah, 8, Sierra Sky, 6, and Rain, 19 months.
