Erin claims she’s already dropped 10 pounds since being on DWTS and is down to a size 4 – but she’s afraid she’s going to lose her boobs and her butt if she loses any more weight! Erin has no diet secret since she’s so active with Yoga, Weights and Cardio – she eats lots of sweets to keep from getting too skinny. She’s one of the lucky women in the world that can eat whatever she wants because she works out hard!

Brooke is a mother of three children and even before dancing with the stars, she had one of the most amazing bodies in hollywood. But, unlike Erin Andrews, Brooke monitors her diet carefully. “I try to eat a lot of raw, healthy things,” says Brooke. She starts the day with a protein shake – which is easy for her to make while juggling 3 kids. For lunch she eats sushi and for dinner it’s chicken and veggies.
For her workout, Brooke swear by Pilates Plus – a 55 minute routine that mixes pilates and weights in a circuit training format. She does it three times a week and says her legs and butt are way more toned.

Pamela is a bombshell that’s always been known for her amazing body, but as she gets older she needs to work harder to maintain her flawless figure. Pamela surprisingly eats only vegan, plant-based foods low in fat and high in complex carbs (like beans and spinach).
