Rihanna’s personal trainer Ary Nunez reveals her best kept workout secrets she uses to keep Rihanna in tip-top shape. Ary says she always tries to have Rihanna’s heart rate between 75 and 85 percent – which is how you burn fat.
Ary has Rihanna target all muscle groups at once, especially the core muscles. To keep Rihanna interested in her workout – Ary makes it fun by trying different things. “Right now she loves capoeira (an Afro-Brazilian dance).”
Rihanna doesn’t diet, which her trainer suggests “Focus on eating right, not the next ‘it’ diet.” Rihanna eats when she’s hungry and makes sure to have fruit and protein with every meal. Her favorite indulgence is BBQ flavored popchips which are only 100 calories a bag!
