Oprah Winfrey and Halle Berry love Carol’s Daughter, a line of handmade skincare products made from natural ingredients.

First whipped up by founder Lisa Price in her Brooklyn apartment, the products originally geared toward women of color are finding fans among people of all colors (including Brad Pitt!).

Oprah swears by the Peppermint Foot Lotion ($10 for 4 oz.), while Halle slathered on the Sexy Belly lotion ($17 for 8 oz.) during her pregnancy

Oprah Winfrey has begun a 21 Day Detox Diet and she’s blogging all about it on her website. Oprah decided to do the detox after she read the book Quantum Wellness by Kathy Freston. The detox diet consits of giving up sugar, alcohol, gluten, caffeine and animal products. This apparently allows your body to heal, regenerate and operate at maximum capacity.

Oprah is about a couple weeks into the detox, and she share’s on her blog some example of the food she is allowed to eat. Here are some examples:

Breakfast
Steel-cut oiatmeal, Splash of soy milk, Cut-up berries, Cup of herbal decaf tea

Snack
Almonds and an apple

Lunch
Big green salad with spinach, pine nuts, chick peas, tomatoes and onion. Club soda with lemon

Snack
Rice cake with peanut or almond butter

Dinner
Grilled tofu and veggies like asparagus, squash, zucchini and egg-plant served over brown rice
