Carrie Underwood weds Mike Fisher this Summer!

Carrie Underwood is already in perfect shape – but she’d like to tone up for her upcoming wedding to Mike Fisher. She’s hooked up with trainer Tony Greco who is having her use small weights and the stair climber to tone up. Carrie says of her trainer, “He’s kicking my butt. I need it, with a wedding to look good for!” I think working out hard for your wedding also helps reduce the stress of planning a wedding.

Kristen Bell has been so busy filming she says she hardly has time to workout. But when she does have some downtime with friends – she tries to spend it doing something active like playing frisbee or going for a hike.

Hilary Duff is eating to lose weight in time for her wedding to millionaire Mike Comrie. She’s been following the 5-Factor diet and noshes on lean, protein packed meals, like Sushi. She also does 30 minutes of exercise a day.
