Kelly Osbourne’s Diet Secret Revealed

Kelly Osbourne rocked the runway are New York’s Fashion week – where she showed off her newly slimmed and toned body. Kelly dropped at least 15 pounds when she was on Dancing with the Stars, and she’s been maintaining the loss by monitoring what she eats.
Kelly shared her late-night diet trick with Life & Style magazine:
I’ve completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing with the Stars. A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I’ve found just having a tiny little snack — like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps.
Although apples are low in carlories, they still have some carbs (carbs=sugar). 1 Red Delicious apple has about 32 carbs (1/2 an apple has 16 carbs).
