Carrie Underwood weds Mike Fisher this Summer!

Carrie Underwood is already in perfect shape – but she’d like to tone up for her upcoming wedding to Mike Fisher. She’s hooked up with trainer Tony Greco who is having her use small weights and the stair climber to tone up. Carrie says of her trainer, “He’s kicking my butt. I need it, with a wedding to look good for!” I think working out hard for your wedding also helps reduce the stress of planning a wedding.

Kristen Bell has been so busy filming she says she hardly has time to workout. But when she does have some downtime with friends – she tries to spend it doing something active like playing frisbee or going for a hike.

Hilary Duff is eating to lose weight in time for her wedding to millionaire Mike Comrie. She’s been following the 5-Factor diet and noshes on lean, protein packed meals, like Sushi. She also does 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Anna Paquin is set to marry co-star Stephen Moyer, and she’s been hitting the gym hard to stay in shape. Anna is running an incredible 10 miles and then she likes to box on top of that! Anna is a natural athlete and she also like to relax with Pilates.

Hilary Duff is a big believer in wearing SPF, the actress/singer says “I don’t want wrinkles and I don’t want skin cancer.” But when Hilary and her boyfriend Mike Comrie went on a romantic trip to Hawaii, the couple were embarassed of their pastey white skin on the beach. The couple immediately booked a session with a spray tan airbrusher. Hilary loved the way it looked so much she booked an appointment for another session.

Hilary Duff showed up at the DKNY during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week with a shimmery silver shadow that made her brown eyes POP! Hilary said she’s picked up makeup tricks from artists over the years and did her makeup herself. “I wanted to do something fun,” said Hilary.

To copy Hilary’s look apply a light brown shaded powder (she used Kevin Aucoin). Then apply Mehron Metallic Powder in Silver along the lower and upper lashes and inside the corners of your eyes. The best thing about silver shadow is that it look great on just about everyone.

Take an old pair of jeans and cut them to a 3″ inseam. Use a hard bristled hairbrush to give them an old, worn in look.
