Get Heidi Montag’s Workout Plan

Heidi Montag is revealing how she got fit for her spread in Playboy magazine.The Hills star says she trained for 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week with trainer Chad Waterbury. Heidie and her trainer have realeased a downloadable series which features full-body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, “so you burn fat faster,” says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights with Heidi to give her body “a hard look with a feminine shape” (a la Kim Kardashian).

As for her diet Heidi stayed away from “white” foods (carbs) and stayed full with lean protein including steak, and green veggies, berries and apples.

I think it’s a positive thing Heidi is doing, instead of staying skinny by starving herself and having an unhealthy diet – she’s working out and eating healthy.

Heidi Montag’s New Look

The Hills Heidi Montag debuted a new chic look at the 4th Annual Pink Party to Benefit Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Institute. I recently commented how Heidi need’s to experiment more after her latest appearance and the MTV VMA’s.

Heidi slicked back her hair into a sophisticated chignon and brightened up her lipstick. I think it’s a nice change from her typical look.

The Hills Girls are Pretty in Pink on the Cover of Rolling Stone

The Hills girls are on the cover of this month’s issue of Rolling Stone in matching pink tees, tanks, and ruffled panties. Heidi, Audrina, Lauren, and Whitney all posed together in a bunch of different outfits, including cutoffs and tee’s, and sexy all black.

Heidi Montag Says She Wants Butt Implants

Heidi Montag recently told InTouch Magazine that she isn’t finished with plastic surgery. The Hills star has reportedly had a rhinoplasty, lip (collagen) injections, and a breast enhancement over the past 2 years and now she wants… butt implants!? Heidi says no matter how many lunges or squats she does she isn’t getting “big” enough results. Heidi told told InTouch at her Heidiwood fashion show:

I work on my booty so hard, so that’s one asset, literally. that I need. Butt implants are the new thing, so Kim Kardashian. watch out!

How The Hills Girls Stay Skinny

Lauren, Audrina, and Heidi all have amazing figures (although Heidi has undergone the biggest transformation) and they work hard to maintain them. Lauren Conrad works with a trainer twice a week to stay fit and sticks to mostly eating fish, beans, and veggies totaling 1,500 calories a day (sounds pretty boring). When she’s itching for a snack she chows down on fruit, buts, or a spoonful of peanut butter. Star magazine estimates her height and weight to be 5′ 6″ and 119lbs.

Audrina says her figure is natural (lucky) and that although she formed a diet of 1,250 calories a day, she doesn’t stick to it. She also says she doesn’t work out much and does about 30 minutes a week on the elliptical followed by squats. Her height and weight is estimated at 5′ 6″ (same as Lauren) and 116lbs.

Heidi got her new figure by eating five to seven mini-meals each day consisting of egg whites and oatmeal, ham-on-wheat sandwiches, sushi and apples. She also cuts out alcohol and carbs. Heidi says she finally achieved the “dancer’s body she always wanted” by working out for six days a week over the past three months. Heidi’s height and weight is estimated at 5′ 2″ and 107lbs.

Heidi Montag Introduces ‘Heidiwood’

Heidi Montag’s new clothing line ‘Heidiwood’ is finally launching. Although she’s publicly bashed her frenemie Lauren Conrad’s clothing line, I’m not sure I’m crazy about HER line. The black heels are harsh and the Zebra print top is tacky and not very young. What do YOU think?
