Halle Berry’s First Appearance Since Baby

Halle Berry made her first public appearance at the Silver Rose Gala Auction in Beverly Hills since giving birth at the to her daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry. Halle recenty said in InStyle magazine: “it’s a perfect time to be pregnant, because everything in fashion is loose-fitting with an Empire waist.” Looks like she is carrying over this style into her post-maternity wardrobe with an empire waisted leopard print babydoll dress.

The actress seems to have lost almost all of the weight she gained while being pregnant. Halle used the Fresh Mommy program, which is a food delivery service intended for new moms to help shed some pounds. I think she looks great, maybe even better than before she was pregnant!

How Celebrity Moms Lose Baby Weight

New celebrity moms like Melissa Joan Hart and Halle Berry are finding ways to quickly drop the weight they’ve gained during their pregnancy so they can get into perfect shape for the camera. Mellisa Joan Hart is a fan of the Fresh Mommy program. A meal delivery whose meals are balanced to maximize nutritional value for women who are pregnant and new mothers who are breastfeeding. Melissa eats three meals a day, three snacks, and a small dessert which is all delivered daily (super-helpful when taking care of a newborn).

Fitness is also a part of Melissa’s pregnancy weight-loss plan. She did Prenatal Pilates throughout her second pregnancy and because of that she only gained 35 lbs. Post-pregnancy her workout includes resistance training to help increase muscle tone.
