Marisa Tomei says she loves to hula-hoop for fun, and for staying skinny. “I hula-hoop a lot. It’s great because you’re using your core muscles… I started two years ago and I found that it kind of shimmied everything into place.”
Actress Kate Bosworth stays bikini fit by riding her horses five days a week. “It’s pretty full-on exercise… especially for the arms,” says Kate.
