Blake Lively’s Last Minute Workout Plan
Actress Blake Lively is trying to get into the best shape of her life for her new big role in 2011’s The Green Lantern. She’s normally a gym-phobe, but recently she’s teamed up with a trainer and has been busting her butt in the gym.
Blake works out four days a week with 90 minute long sessions. Within weeks her body has already changes – above she’s pictured recently at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Gala.
Since Blake’s been working out hard, she needs to pack on extra protein to help build muscle. She starts the day with oatmeal, blueberries, then for lunch has grilled chciken and balsamic vinaigrette. For dinner she has fish and veggies – yum!
Did you know Blake is 5′10″ ? I had no idea she was so tall!
