Bethenny Frankel Loses Baby Weight Without a Single Ab Crunch


The Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel says she’s lost all of the weight she gained while pregnant by monitoring her diet and continuing Yoga, which she’s practiced for over 20 years. She’s pictured above only 2 months after giving birth to daughter Bryn.

Bethenny says she didn’t do a single sit up to flatten her belly – instead she practiced Yoga and particularly focused on the Plank move, where you lie flat on your stomach, contact your abs and then lift up with your arms. Hold the pose for 1 minute. Repeat.
