Mother of three Kimora Lee Simmons admits she’s had trouble in the past staying as slim as she’d like being a working mother and business entrepreneur. After giving birth to her son nine months ago she’s whipped her body back into shape using these six tips:

1. Put protein first – Kimora eats chicken breat, turkey and fish with most meals which help to burn off calories.

2. Fill up on fiber – Filling up on veggies and whole grains will keep you feeling fuller longer.

3. Work you butt off – Kimora likes to keep her booty in shape by doing 3 sets of bridges. Laying on your back with knees up, raise your hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for three seconds and then lower back down slowly. Repeat 3 sets of 20 reps.

4. Abs-olutely fabulous – Kimora works her abs by using a medicine ball.

5. Arms length – Kimora keeps her arms toned by by using 8lb dumbbells to work her biceps and 5lb. weights to work her triceps.

6. Take a hike – Hit the treadmill like Kimora and mix it up for best results. Kimora does 2 minutes at a 2% incline at 3.5 mph, then does 3 minutes at a 10% incline and back down to 2% – repeat until you’ve done 30 minutes!
