How RHOA NeNe Leakes Lost 10 Lbs In Two Weeks

RHOA (Real Housewive’s of Atlanta) NeNe Leakes is featured in Ok! Magazine sharing how she lost 10 pounds in two weeks. NeNe has struggled with her weight on the hit show where she’s often seen working out, or rather trying to keep up with friend Lisa Hartwell. While she doesn’t explain why she decided to get fit, NeNe has said in the past she’s big and proud, and that she’d rather eat than starve herself.
At 6′ tall it’s a struggle for NeNe to hold a petite size, she says she’s proud to now fit into a size 10, which is a normal size for someone her height and weight.
NeNe worked with Tammy Stokes to get in shape by cutting back on carbs, alcohol and portions in general. NeNe doesn’t say how often she works out but she likes to hit the treadmill and she’s a runner, not a walker. Her trainer also has her doing strength training with lunges, squats and bicep curls.
The most important thing NeNe has changed about her diet is to eat breakfast, for which her trainer encouraged her to do. She said, “NeNe, you have to bite into something in the morning to get your metabolism going.”
