Tyra Banks has slimmed down and appears on the cover of Ocean Drive this month. In order to get in the best shape, Tyra sweats it out with 30 minute sessions three times a week on the treadmill or elliptical. Although she’s been working hard Tyra admits her weak spot is her stomach.

At 35 years old, Tyra keeps her skin looking fresh and glowing by not smoking or drinking alcohol. But her one vice is Frozen Yogurt, Mmm.. :)

    i have a problem that a few have i need to loose weight and i find it difficut as i work straight midnights (11pm to 7am)
    my sleeping is not consistent so i can sleep anywhere from 5 hours to eight hours
    how do you plan your meals when you are awake at odd times
    i lunch break is at 3 am my coffee breaks are at 1am and 5:30am
    lunch is only 1/2 hours and there are limited cooking facilities
    i find that when i am awak after only 5 hours i sleep i seem to eat a lot more how do i make a meal plan for this
