Shakira got into the shape of her life for her She-Wolf video by hitting the gym hard with trainer Tracy Anderson (who also trains Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow). Shakira spent 6 days in the gym when she wasn’t seeing the results she wanted working out on her own. To make her workout fun she does dance aerobics and ab exercises.

Tracy has Shakira do 15 minutes of arm exercises using her own weight – dumbells will bulk her up. Shakira then does 10 minutes of ab exercises, 45 minutes of cardio dance and 20 minutes of leg moves like side-lying scissors.
