Plastic Surgery Shocker! Stephanie Pratt of The Hills
Stephanie Pratt, sister of Spencer Pratt, of The Hills appears to have had some light plastic surgery and even some injections. According to dermatologist Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank, Stephanie appears to have had Juvederm or Restylane injections in her lips. Her nose also looks much thinner and her overall face looks plump and firm.
In her before picture (left) from a few years back her nose looks wider and her lips thinner. I think she didn’t need to do anything to her face but whatever makes her look and feel better is worth it!
Maybe sister-in-law Heidi is giving her some tips.

That is actually a really good nose job, but completely unnecessary imo!
