Michelle Obama’s personal trainer Cornell McClellan is revealing how he helps Michele get her toned and muscular arms. McClellan has Michelle start out with an intense cardio workout followed by “Arm-shaping-supersets” using free weights and weight machines.

At a cable station Michelle uses a straight bar and does as many tricep pushdowns as she can without resting, which tones her deltoids.

Then she follows with hammer curl using free weights to strengthen her biceps. Michelle completes three sets of each in her workouts.

Sounds easy enough!
