How Kim Kardashian Got Thin

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian revealed to People Magazine that she has lost 15 pounds with the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson. Over the years Kim says she’s had issues with her weight, although she’s always been happy with her curves, she was never able to stick with a routine.

When she was able to finally stick to a diet and exercise routine – she just couldn’t lose the extra 5 or 10 pounds she wanted to. Not too long ago Kim weighed 128 pounds at 5′3″, now she weighs in at 113lbs.

Everyday Kim follows a 60 minute routine that begins with a 10 minute warm up of walking, running and jogging on an incline. Next, she does a series of 3-5 upper body, lower body and core exercises including shoulder presses and lunges.

At the end, Kim does nearly 1 hour of cardio and strength training without stopping – go Kim!

For her diet Kim usually has a banana and peanut butter protein smoothie or scrambled egg whites with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions (some spinach in there would be great too!)

Kim sticks to a simple lunch, a light salad.

For dinner Kim eats light and healthy – a large salad with some leave protein – usually grilled chicken or a veggie burger with only half a bun. At the end of the day she treats herself to a small cookie or a yogurt.

I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. This is who I am and I’m loving it.

  1. I think her diet is absolutely insane. Personnaly, I realy think it is unacceptable that this woman wants others to know about her anorectic diet.
She looks beautiful on pictures if you don’t look to closely: she is way to skinny. Worst of all: she presents it as if it is ‘the way to go’.
And than everybody wonders why girls and young women have problems to accept that they do have a feminine body?! It is a sad thing.

  2. I think she looks Fab!!!!!

  3. She’s allowed to market what she deems appropriate. Who are you to assume what initiates young girls to eat a certain way. It’s called low self-esteem. Why are you even on this site if you feel that celebrities are ‘too thin’? I think she looks great. She says she feels healthy so that’s a plus. Her diet is strict but, I am sure that’s what gives her confidence; her ability to turn down the non-nutritional fillers.

Everyone has an opinion. I thinks she looks good. However, ranting about how she looks and it causing a disease in young women is a misguided statement. If that’s how you feel then maybe you should check out a different web-site.
