Sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian have been on a fitness craze together – the two have lost a total of 35 pounds and here are some of their best tips:

From Kim, “I don’t deprive myself of what I want. Sometimes I feel like a milk shake, I have one.” Kim has used QuickTrim weight-loss supplement to curb her appetite.

Khloe relies on her go-to workout, “Boxing is my favorite. I could do it for hours and just drip sweat. I love knowing I’ve lost a million calories – and also it’s a stress reliever. When I don’t sweat I get irritated, I need to sweat to know that I did something.”

Kim says to stay focus on the goal, “You have to dedicate yourself. You have to motivate yourself. Get a buddy- do anything you have to do.” Kim added that it took her four months to get on schedule with a regular routine.

  1. I definitely feel Kim on not depriving yourself, you definitely have to change up the cycle in order to see the pounds shed…you dont want your body getting used to the same old thing. I also love Boxing and I dont feel like I have done anything either if I dont come close to breaking a sweat….
