Workout Tips from Lauren Conrad’s Trainer

Lauren Conrad’s trainer Jarett Del Bene is sharing some of the fitness tips he uses with Lauren on his Twitter page. The trainer says his secret to getting great legs is to “do lots of step-ups, squats and lunges.”
For a flat stomach and great abs Jarett advises, “Eat 6 small meals a day … try to eat every 3 hours.”
Lauren is looking amazing… working out with her trainer is paying off!
