Jessica Simpson Sheading Post-Breakup Weight

Jessica Simpson is working on her fitness by hitting the gym after her nasty breakup with Tony Romo. The singer has gained weighed in the past year and working hard to get back to her Daisy Duke bikini body.

Jess is shedding pounds with trainer Harley Pasternak’s 5 Factor Fitness plan, which requires her to workout 5 days a week for up to 45 min a day doing a comb or cardio and strength training.

For her diet Jess sticks to three meals a day (300 calories each) and two snacks (200 calories each) for a total of  1,300 calories a day. Jess loves her mexican food – dieters can have 1 cheat day a week!
