Heidi Montag is revealing how she got fit for her spread in Playboy magazine.The Hills star says she trained for 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week with trainer Chad Waterbury. Heidie and her trainer have realeased a downloadable series which features full-body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, “so you burn fat faster,” says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights with Heidi to give her body “a hard look with a feminine shape” (a la Kim Kardashian).

As for her diet Heidi stayed away from “white” foods (carbs) and stayed full with lean protein including steak, and green veggies, berries and apples.

I think it’s a positive thing Heidi is doing, instead of staying skinny by starving herself and having an unhealthy diet – she’s working out and eating healthy.
