Britney Spears looked totally toned and trim at the Teen Choice awards. The singer has been working hard to get back to her pre-baby shape. Britney’s tummy is the first area to gain weight and to keep her midsection flat she cuts out sodas, because fizzy drinks made you bloat.
Brit also limits her intake of salty food, such as potato chips and french fries – salt makes you retain water.
Lastly, Brit has to stop chewing her beloved gum, which causes air consumption and can lead to bloating. Even sugar-free gum is a no-no.
