Jennifer Aniston has an unusual secret for getting rid of puffiness under her eyes. The actress applies Preparation H ointment (hemorrhoid cream!) to her face. The medicated cream reduces swelling and puffiness using the ingredient mineral oil. Jen says she learned the trick from her makeup artist. Who knew!

Um, mineral oil is not the active ingredient in Preparation H that reduces swelling.
The active yeast indgredient is bio-dyne, the US version doesn’t have that but the canadian one does. There is heaps of info on the net, have a googly.
