Secrets to Madonna’s Sexy Workout

Madonna is in perfect shape for her Sticky & Sweat tour with kicks off the European leg this Summer. To make sure her dance crew is in as perfect shape as her Madonna sets them up with trainers to copy her fitness regimen.

1. Resistance Bands – use instead of weights since they are great for traveling. Do five sets of 10-15 reps.

2. Push-ups – 250 pushups a day

3. Chest Press – 5 sets of 5-10

4. Jump Rope – 1 minute on, 1 minute off to elevate heart rate and burn calories.

5. Knee-Highs- Jog in place, lifting your knees as high as possible. Do 10 minute sets, one minute on, one minute off.
