Teri Hatcher stays in amazing shape at the age of 44, but she says it takes work. Although she says she goes in and out of shape (really, when is she ever out of shape?) Teri does 30 minutes of cardio and strength training each day. For her diet Teri fills up on oatmeal and chicken stir-fry and indulges in the occasional treat, her favorite, potato chips!
