Diet Secrets from Jenny McCarthy

Jenny McCarthy seems to always be in great shape – but there was a time when she weighed over 200 pounds! After she gave birth to her son Evan in 2002 she weighed 211 pounds when leaving the hospital.

When the weight didn’t come off quick enough, Jenny decided to join Weight Watchers. By controling her portions and doing yoga Jenny was able to get back to her pre-baby body.

Jenny found she had to monitor everything that went into her mouth. Now, for breakfast she enjoys an eggwhite omelet, fish for lunch and dinner along with lots of fruits and vegetables. Jenny also likes to puréeher veggies to make delicious soups.

In addtion to her new diet, Jenny does Yoga and has even gotten boyfriend Jim Carrey interested in learning it, “I’ve seen him eyeing my toned arms!” says Jenny.
