How Britney Spears Got Her Hot New Body


Britney’s back and her body is better than ever! Brit’s been working hard to get her body back in shape for the release of her new single, Womanizer, and her new album due out in December.

The mother of two stuck to a strick workout regimne and used the hot new food plan, Sunfare, a food delivery service that offers healthy meals starting at $52 a day. Brit’s diet consists of 1,100 to 1,200 calories a day, divided between three meals and two snacks (each made up of 30% protein, 30% fat and 40% carbs).

Her favorites meals from the Sunfare program are the Turkey burgers, Chipotle chicken wraps and lasagna. She also enjoys a sugar-free dessert 2-3 times a week.

Other celebs like Seth Rogan, Poppy Montgomery, Samantha Harris, Marcia Cross, Kate Beckinsale and Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon are all huge fans of the food delivery service (only available in Los Angeles and Phoenix/Scottsdale).

  1. I didn’t know that sunfare is becoming so popular among celebrities. The truth is that no diet alone would do it, nd there is definitely some very serious excercising that is taking place. Plus, we are talking for Britney Spears, with an army of people surrounding her, giving advice, taking care of things; it sould be easier to get better with all those people working fo you.

  2. She’s still a cow, she was DEFINATELY touched up for womanizer. Either that or she gained A TON of weight between shooting that and now.

  3. Balance is key.. eating right.. exercising.. the right mindset. All of these are required and all are challenging to do on your own and even with people surrounding you. You have to want it for yourself.
