How The Hills Girls Stay Skinny

Lauren, Audrina, and Heidi all have amazing figures (although Heidi has undergone the biggest transformation) and they work hard to maintain them. Lauren Conrad works with a trainer twice a week to stay fit and sticks to mostly eating fish, beans, and veggies totaling 1,500 calories a day (sounds pretty boring). When she’s itching for a snack she chows down on fruit, buts, or a spoonful of peanut butter. Star magazine estimates her height and weight to be 5′ 6″ and 119lbs.

Audrina says her figure is natural (lucky) and that although she formed a diet of 1,250 calories a day, she doesn’t stick to it. She also says she doesn’t work out much and does about 30 minutes a week on the elliptical followed by squats. Her height and weight is estimated at 5′ 6″ (same as Lauren) and 116lbs.

Heidi got her new figure by eating five to seven mini-meals each day consisting of egg whites and oatmeal, ham-on-wheat sandwiches, sushi and apples. She also cuts out alcohol and carbs. Heidi says she finally achieved the “dancer’s body she always wanted” by working out for six days a week over the past three months. Heidi’s height and weight is estimated at 5′ 2″ and 107lbs.
