How Lisa Rinna Stays In Shape

Dancing With the Star’s Lisa Rinna is in the best shape of her life, and at 44 she says she still fits into her Melrose Place wardrobe from 10 years ago! The mother of two says her body is better now than when she was in her 20’s. The 5′7″ 112 pound actress says:

I’m the same weight, but I’m leaner and more ripped. It’s ironic, but I am happier with my body now than I was at 20.

Lisa stays lean by eating small portions every few hours with foods like PowerBars, chicken salad, almonds, and Starbucks fruit and cheese plates. She also avoids white carbs like bread, potatoes, and chips. For a sweet treat Lisa indulges in sugar-free Jell-O pudding which is just 60 calories.

Being on DWTS really transformed Lisa’s body, she immediately dropped weight and gained muscle from dancing over 6 hours a day at practice. Lisa continues to maintain her dancer’s body by working out 6 times a week.
