
Octomom Nadya Suleman has shed 145 pounds since giving birth to 8 babies almost one year ago. At her heaviest Nadya was 270 pounds (pictured below) where she said she ate everything in site while being pregnant.
After giving birth Nadya dropped a couple sizes quickly without trying, and then she hit the gym and managed a sensible diet to knock off the ret of the weight. Nadya works out around midnight three times week and focuses soley on strength training, “I get enough [cardio] with the kids”, says Nadya.
For her diet Nadya doesn’t count calories and focuses on protein and veggies. For breakfast she eats eggs and oatmeal, lunch is sushi, turkey or chicken salad. Nadya has a sweet tooth for Pinkberry and Starbucks frappuccinos.
