Supermodel Kate Moss is naturally very fair, so she needs a little help when vacationing or doing a Summer photo shoot. The 39-year old model says she makes sure to scrub up before so that she gets a nice, even tan. For a base tan Kate applies St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse, $32.

Kate says she has been using St. Tropez for 15 years since she went on a trip to Ibiza!

In additional to scrubbing and self tanning, Kate says she does some glute exercises and Pilates before she heads to the beach to tone up – not that she needs it!

Kate says,

If I wake up and look tired and puffy, I fill a sink with ice and cucumber and submerge my face. It tightens everything, making you geel and look instantly awake.

She’s pretty brave to put her face in ice-cold water – but it works!

Maybe Kate got the idea from the movie Mommie Dearest where Joan Crawford submerges her face in a sink full of ice water – EVERY MORNING!

Fashion maven Olivia Palermo is set for Summer and she’s sharing her 3 best beauty and style secrets with Ok! Magazine.

Olivia says for hair trends to stick with what looks best on you, but for Summer she loves a side braid.

“I think you have to wear your hair how you wear it every day, because that’s how you look best. That’s my motto and what I go back to. Bu a side braid is really cute. Adding a little highlight to play with in the sun – that’s nice as well”

Olivia also loves her manicures, which she gets every week. She says red is her favorite but for Summer she’ll be playing with other colors.

“I keep my nails very healthy. I get a manicure once a week and it always makes me feel a little better. I love pops of color – red is sort of my signature. In the Summer, with a tan, it’s quite nice to do a bright fire-engine red.”

The ladies of Victoria’s Secret always look amazing whether they’re shooting for a catalog or just hanging out on the beach. But these girls have to work at looking like they have a natural tan. Candice Swanepoel, Karlie Kloss and Alessandra Ambrosio all get a little help from sunless tanners and their “tanning artist” shares tips on how to get the VS Model look:

Tanning artist Jimmy Coco applies a light, but natural looking tan by applying a tinted moisturizer from Tarte, Amazonian Clay BB Tinted Moisturizer, $36. He picks a shade that is slightly darker than the model’s natural skin tone.

After the girls are all tan he applies a golden body oil, Victoria’s Secret Beach Sexy Instant Shimmer Bronzing Dry Oil, $15. The body oil gives a sheer tan and a natural, healthy glow!

Jenni says she’s lost 15 pounds from taking the supplement three times a day while eating meals. “I feel very healthy!” she says.

“I’d go out and drink and then stuff my face when I got home late at night. That, plus the hangover eating the next day made it difficult to stay on track,” says Jenni.

Jenni quit drinking for a while and started working out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and began using AbCuts. She also cut out dairy from her diet.

The New Balance spokeswoman says she incorporates fitness into daily activities with her kids and sneaks in healthy foods into everyone’s diet. Heidi tries to stay active with her kids by riding bikes, running around or jumping on trampolines.

When it comes to her diet, Heidi stays so active that she’s never really had to enforce a strict diet. However she does start her family off each morning with freshly squeezed orange juice (her 2013 New Year’s resolution). She also like to make  fruit smoothies for her and her family and include pineapple, kiwi, ginger, berries and apples.

Heidi’s new fashion line with New Balance is designed to be functional and fashionable – she believes if women have great workout gear, they will have the desire to exercise more!

Actress Hayden Panettiere is a natural beauty, but she has some of her own beauty tips and tricks she uses before getting ready to hit the red carpet.

First she spritzes herself with her signature scent, Artemisia – a blend of nectarine and green apple infused perfume.

For her makeup Hayden sticks to three key pieces, lashes, brows and cheeks.

“I always do my lashes! Even if you don’t have time for anything else, mascara makes your eyes stand out.”

To define her brows, Hayden is a fan of the Anastasia line and uses the brow pencil in Ash Blonde. “Defined brows help frame your face,” says Hayden.

Hayden loves to multitask – that’s why she uses a lip color as cream blush. She explains, “It’s the perfect pop of color – I just blot my lips with my index finger and dab the extra on the apples of my cheeks.”

When traveling Hayden says she always carries makeup removing wipes with her, “That way even if I forget to wash my face, I still make sure to go to bed with clean skin.”

Courtney Cox is one of Hollywood’s most beautiful woman over 40 – and she openly admits she’s ready to try antiaging treatments to help preserve her youthful look. Courtney sat down with New You magazine and talked about her believe is lasers:

#1 – “When you have a strong eye, do a natural lip”

#2 – “For special occasions, practice your makeup one day before so you are not stressed.”

#3 – Tinted moisturizers are great for wearing to work, it doesn’t look like you have a ton of makeup on.”

#4 – An easy way to feel glamorous is to play up your eyes. Think about eyeshadow. Start with a lighter color (like a green) on the eyelid to give a lot of light. Next use a darker shade to give some depth.

You can change up your hair-washing ritual throughout the year as the Winter time proves to be more dry and your scalp produces less oil – while in the Summer you’ll need to wash more frequently after swimming, tanning or sweating.

At the 2012 MTV Europe Awards Heidi Klum debuted DIY nails she designed to match her dress! Instead of just a plain flat color, Heidi sprinkled loose gold glitter over her wet nail polish for an instant glam effect!

To get the same look as Heidi apply two coats of Professional Nail Enamel in Midnight Blue. Then immediately sprinkle a tiny amount of gold glitter, try Sally Girl Sparkle Effect loose glitter, $.99 – start with a small amount of glitter and keep layering until you have the effect you want. If you don’t have time to use loose glitter like Heidi you can instead use OPI’s Man with the Golden Gun nail polish for a similar effect.

What Jenn is doing is similar to a chemical peel – where the damaged skin is destroyed, peels off and then fresh new skin is revealed.
