It’s a new year, and time to turn over a new leaf. Celebs are reaching for new ways to stay younger by going green with their diet. With smoothies, veggies and drinks – celebs are downing antioxidant-rich foods to help turn back the clock – or at least slow down the aging process. You can follow their rituals too for a younger and more healthy appearance.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a fan of spinach drinks from Organic Avenue and she likes to add agave syrup for a little sweetness. “The result is amazing. I imbibe them whenever I’m in NYC.”

Hilary Duff is now eating for two, so she’s been eating extra-healthy by adding tons of romaine to her diet. “I’m back on the glowing green drink and feeling great!”

Nicole Richie like to blend in apples, pears and aloe vera. “I always carry around a green juice, it provides a lot of energy while I’m running around.”
