Kourtney Kardashian's Post Baby Weight Loss Plan
Kourtney Kardashian is in better shape than before she had her baby – which she gained 45 lb during her pregnancy. Kourtney says she didn’t pressure herself in the beginning to get back into perfect shape – she wanted to allow herself at least a year to lose the weight.
Kourtney used diet and exercise to get a bikini perfect body, but her diet wasn’t limiting and never left her hungry. Here’s a sample menu of diet everyday, see if you would follow it too:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with honey and milk
Lunch: Chef salad (meatless), Salad with grapefruit and shredded chicken, Scooped bagel with tuna
Snacks: Banana, QuickTrim fast shake, Cottage cheese, sunflower
Dinner: Filet mignon with half sweet potato, Sushi and miso soup
Dessert: 2 oreos, 1 gingerbread cookie
To kick off her weight loss Kourtney would workout for hours. But, now that her son Mason is growing, she gets exercise just by picking him up and rounding around after him. Kourtney still loves to run with her iPod and lift weights. Good work Kourtney!
