Christie Brinkley has maintained her supermodel figure even at the age of 56! The mother of two says she works out with her Total Gym (which she is the spokeswoman for) routinely and engages in other fitness routines like yoga, kayaking and tennis for some variety.
Christie also finds time to squeeze in little workouts while she’s brushing her teeth, drying her hair, etc. While drying her hair Christie does some squats, and while she brushes her teeth 2x’s a day she does some leg lifts.
To keep her arms in buff shape, she does up to 100 pushups a day! Here’s what Christie does..
I keep a rolled up yoga mat under my bed. I throw it down and I’ll do 30 push-ups before I get in the shower. Then I do another 20 before I dry my hair, and now I’ve done 50. After I dry my hair, I’ll come back and I’ll do more.
