Brooke Burke's Sexy Secrets for a Hot Bod in 2011

Brook Burke seems to never have a bad photo. The mom of four works hard to look hot and now she’s on the cover of the January SHAPE issue where she says “Sexy is a State of Mind”. Check out the pics and video below, plus excerpts from her interview.

Check out the video below where Brooke talks about being obsess with Pilates Plus. She says she’s done regular Pilates for 10 years but now loves Pilates Plus (a mix of pilates and cardio) because it’s effective and most of all quick (only 55 minutes) – perfect for a mom on the go!

When it comes to dieting Brooke’s best trick is to EAT! She eats five small healthy meals a day and never, ever follows fad diets. Brooke follows a Mediterranean diet which includes lots of lean meats, fish, salad, veggies and olive oil. Brooke also never skips breakfast - she sometimes just has a protein shake if she’s short on time.

Brooke says she always makes time for herself so that she never misses a workout – she makes herself a priority so that she stays in shape.
