Jessica Alba has snapped her body back into shape after being pregnant over a year ago – and her body is in even better shape than before! Jessica doesn’t attribute her weight loss to any diet, because she doesn’t believe in diets!
“Diets are for the birds. I think you have to eat in a way that makes you feel your best. I include a lot of veggies and lean protein and fruit and grains.” she told Self Magazine.
Jessica said confidence is her secret weapon when it comes to looking and feeling good.
